Incoming students
Eligibility
Students enrolled in higher education institutions can study at San Jorge University through different international exchange programmes or specific exchange agreements signed between the home institution and our university:
- Erasmus+
- Swiss European Mobility Programme (SEMP)
- Bilateral agreements
- SICUE (between Spanish universities)
Application procedure
If your university has a bilateral agreement with San Jorge University that covers your area of study, speak to the International Office or the Mobility Coordinator at your university. They have to contact the International Office at USJ to make an official nomination, including the following data:
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- Nationality
- E-mail address
- Home university
- Level of studies
- Degree Programme
- ISCED (study field)
- Year of studies
- Length of stay
- Contact person details at the home university, including email address
After the nomination, we will give you full information about the application process.
Nomination deadlines
- 15th May for Fall semester and annual mobilities
- 15th November for Spring semester mobilities
Learning agreement
As part of the application procedure you will have a to complete a Learning Agreement which needs to be signed by your international coordinator at your home university. The different formats of Learning Agreement are available here to download
