For the 2024-2025 academic year, the Modern Languages Institute is offering 3 German courses at the following levels: A1, A2, and B1. The courses are open to any San Jorge University undergraduate and master’s degree students looking to get started with this language or continue their learning. Each level is divided into two parts (one course per semester). Although registration for both courses is separate (you can enroll in just one), we recommend enrolling in both, so you can properly follow the coursework and have a consistent progression of all the content necessary to reach the level expected. If you did not enroll in the first semester course and would like to enroll in the second semester, you’ll need to take a level test.
We offer general German courses that work on all language skills (listening, speaking, writing, and reading) following a dynamic student-centric methodology. You’ll have a textbook assigned by the professor, which you must purchase on your own.
Passing the course gives you 3 ECTS credits.
